Detect Blank Pages
Find the empty pages in a scanned document without changing it.
Runs in your browser
How it works
Each page is rendered and measured for how much ink it contains. Scanned paper is never perfectly white, so the tool looks for pages below a coverage threshold rather than pages that are literally empty. Every result comes with a confidence score, and nothing is deleted.

Questions
- Why is a page with a speck on it still called blank?
- Scanner noise and dust are expected. The sensitivity setting controls how much is tolerated.
- Does this change my file?
- No. It only reports. Use Remove Blank Pages to act on the result.
- What does the confidence score mean?
- How far below the threshold the page fell. A page just under the line gets a low score.
